No. They are 3 games behind with 9 to play. UCLA still has to travel to the Bay Area schools, and still has to play CU, Oregon and Washington. They will lose more games.

Arizona has not wrapped up the conference, by any means, but they would have to lose 4, or even 5 out of the last 9 in order for UCLA to win the title outright.
