Leadership will be a strength for this team - contrary to what most will want to believe. We have true leaders on this team. We have leaders that lead by example on this team now that Queen James is gone, rather than a guy who just often talks the talk, but often chokes when trying to walk the walk.

D-Wade has always been a leader , UD and CB will take on a bigger role in that regard this season. Our 3 PGs, Napier, Chalmers and Cole also have such qualities.

There is leadership up and down this roster. They will all lead by example not just blow smoke.
