Servais seem to be making all the right moves as of late. Adam Lind beat the crap out of the baseball tonight... And when he played Lee he's doing the same thing. Hopefully this will get Lind going.

Great game to be at last night. 4 crush jobs that were no-doubters as soon as the ball came off the bat. A little stumble in the first game against a pitcher who has our number, but this has the makings for a really good 8 game homestand. No reason we can't win 4 more of these next 5 games.

Hey, don't beat yourself up too much. You are just as dumb as the rest of us...LOL!

Lind is a career .291 hitter vs righties. 3000+ AB. It was only a matter of time. Not proclaiming him "fixed" or anything, and he certainly won't go 4 for 4 with 2 bombs every game from here on out, but it just makes sense that at some point he was going to do something and then most likely end up being pretty close to what he's been for the last 10 years. And as I've mentioned before, the fact that the team is doing well and winning has given Servais the luxury of being patient with the guys who were off to slow starts -- particularly Martin and Lind -- so they have a chance to nose out of it. Now if we were 10 games below .500 and desperate to find a way to turn it around, probably a different story.
