I got me here.

I think the 1/3 is pretty close. He has Ice who's a premier scorer but I can cross match him with Artest to at least try to slow him down a bit. I have Duncan who would hold a pretty big edge down low even against a bruiser like Z-Bo. Also I could draw both of his bigs away from the hoop with their passing and ability to stretch out to hit the mid-range and open up the middle for the Pick and Roll.

The 2nd/4th is again another tough matchup, but I think I have just too much fire power with this unit. Hakeem against Shaq you could probably consider close to a wash, but that's where Melo comes in. His dynamic with Shaq with the inside out game, with two other perimeter shooters in Bosh and Redd would be really challenging for UK's team to guard.

These 2nd and 4th units are vastly similiar. I dont see a major edge to anyone.

Now, moving on to the 1st and 3rd. I think Gervin has a mismatch but I honestly think Wade would of made a bigger difference again, I know lol. Wade is a better facilitator especially off the dribble and defender. Now that isnt the difference here, it comes down to the bigs on the 1st and 3rd unit and I think TD and Walton would work well together. This was the toughest matchup to pick in this mock. Great teams both of you.
