Great pitching by Harang and Paps. Revere played an all around good game as well. Ruf looked rusty at the plate
but managed to get on base via an error. Howard was uninspiring. Kid fireball (Giles) raised some flags by being wild. He was forcing pitches without a follow through. But we won because of a Francoeur Home run! We need more homeruns in order to compete. I will gladly take this win because I expect so few!

I forgot to mention that Ruf drew a walk today. So even without a hit he was on base twice and also scored a run.

Nice win. I'd love to see Ruf have a great year even when he plays sparingly just to rub braindead's face in the fact that is a complete putz.
