Pedo back from the WBC; Schmitt in at SS; Bryce is OK

I would have liked to have seen Sabol at 1st base and leave Pederson at DH. He does not belong on the field with a glove on his hand.

It will be interesting to see how the Giants handle Schmitt if he continues to impress and Crawford isn't healthy enough to play.

Glad to see Johnson back on the field.

Generally agree, but NOW is the time for Pedo to get reps at 1B. They need to know if they can trust him out there for an occasional inning or two.

Hopefully, they don't. I'm kind of in cal's camp on him. He was horrible in left field and he made it clear that he doesn't care to change things. He needs to be banned from fielding. Keep him at DH and let the other 13 position players man 1st base.
