I will be very pissed if we passed up Nelson with the 22nd pick, then jump for joy when we end up with him anyways....I will honestly be stunned if he dropped to any of our picks, but we can hold up hope

Not a fan of the Mason Rudolph pick, I don't think he's going to do much in the NFL

The QBs were going very early. The other options by the time the Bills were on the clock in the 1st were Mayfield and Falk. I think Falk was still on the board for the Bills in the second. Rosen, Darnold, Jackson, and Allen were all long-gone. I couldn't justify Mayfield over Roquan and/or Nelson (not a big fan of Mayfield in the NFL).

Another try, this time Lamar was still available, but Roquan and Nelson were off the board. Can't see why Matt Thomas is a bad pick in the mid-late 7th, but OK lol.

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 22: Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame (B+)
Round 1 Pick 24: Lamar Jackson, QB, Louisville (A-)
Round 2 Pick 22: Josey Jewell, ILB, Iowa (B+)
Round 2 Pick 26: Trenton Thompson, DT, Georgia (A)
Round 3 Pick 30: Josh Adams, RB, Notre Dame (A-)
Round 4 Pick 22: Wyatt Teller, OG, Virginia Tech (A)
Round 5 Pick 22: D.J. Reed, CB, Kansas State (A)
Round 6 Pick 23: Richie James, WR, Middle Tennessee (A+)

Isn't that the point? Predicting the actual draft is near impossible, this is just a fun game to pass the time until the actual draft.

Like to see you hit another one as you did, Dion Dawkins. A nasty MLB would be saaweeet!

Man, watching Roquan Smith play last night was impressive.

Rudolph is a better option than Falk at least

I would be furious if we chose a QB over Roquan and/or Nelson, those are two players we should absolutely take if we have the opportunity

if I put together a big board for us right now Nelson would be number 1 on the board

He would solve a lot of issues at RG. Might be OK at OT if Glenn can return full time.

OT is a question that is worrysome

rumor has it we could cut Glenn, I hope we don't I know he had an awful year where he basically didn't play

we'll see, they're not always accurate on rumors about us

Glenn is gone to continue the Whaley purge. I think we should keep him Incognito is probably cut and getting rid of Glenn is just creating another need and we already have so many.

If we trade 21 and 22 to get 4, and take a QB, I'll flip out. So I guess we should start expecting it.

MLB and RT are our biggest holes that a rookie could fill. QB and WR2 should be attacked in free agency. DL is an easier get in the mid rounds.

I think cutting Incognito would be a giant mistake.

Per the value chart, 21 and 22 will get you #6 or #7. Competition to trade up will push that value down further IMO. To get higher, they'll have to include a 2nd most likely.

Depending on Glenn's status, RG would be a bigger need than RT (which would be Dawkins in that scenario). Cutting Incognito would be stupid unless some real proof arises stronger than "he said something racist but I don't remember what it was and nobody else heard it", and would add need for LG as well (and really weaken the OL as a whole).

Who do you suggest at QB from FA? Cousins, Bradford, Cutler, Keenum, Bridgewater, or even McCown? Not much value there unless you want to break the bank on Cousins. Either Keenum or Bridgewater will be off the table. Brees is a free agent in name only (unlikely to move, and far from "free" lol). If the Bills aren't planning on drafting a QB early, they need to keep Tyrod essentially.

I would be all over Cousins. I was calling his name in 2010 too. I agree with you about RT hinging on Glenn, I just don't see them paying him.

They can't cut him unless they REALLY want him gone, would be an $11.1M dead cap hit (out of his $14.4M cap number). He's not a free agent until 2021, but the Bills do have a slightly better situation after 2018 with a cap hit of $6.4M (roughly half his 2018 salary) if they cut him.

Unfortunately, Incognito is very cuttable, with a dead cap value of only $1.15M for 2018 (the final year of his contract). Still want him back tho...

I actually laughed about Bradford, guy didn't even take a big hit from the Saints in this year's opener and somehow mysteriously got hurt for the entire year? With our injury luck you know what will happen if he comes here? He'll probably trip on something on the sidelines in the 4th quarter of our week 1 preseason game and get hurt for the year
