Team MVP
Josh Freeman QB This is a No Brainer. The Real Question is, is any other player ever going to win this Award again as long as Josh Freeman is a Buc? His 25 to 6 TD/INT Ratio was one of the 10 best in the Entire History of the NFL. He is the youngest QB to ever lead his team to 10 wins in a Season. He lead to Bucs to 6 Road wins for only the second time in their History. And maybe the most important Stat. The Greatest Offense in Bucs History was in 2010, never had a Bucs team Passed for 3,000+ yards and Rushed for 2,000+ yards. In the Bucs all time history, His 3,451 Yards ranks 4th, his 25 TDs rank 2nd, his 6 INTs ranks as 2nd Fewest (with at least 10 games played), his Completion % of 61.5% ranks 6th (with at least 10games played), his QB rating of 95.9% ranks 1st for a QB with at least 11 Starts.
2nd - Raheem Morris (HC)
3rd - Donald Penn (LT)

Offensive MVP
Donald Penn LT As said before this team passed for 3,000+ yards and rushed for 2,000+ yards for the first time in Team history. The Bucs had a 22 year old Starting QB with 9 starts under his belt. They had an aging Warrior with two rebuilt legs and a RB that changed the Definition of getting Blounted. 5 WRs with a combined 6 years of NFL experience. One Rookie that would tear is ACL just as he was coming along, one who "Quit" on his team in College, one from the Bengals Practice Squad, a converted QB who had been primarily a Kick Returner and Mourice Stovall. An Offensive Line that lost its Starting LG, C, RG, and RT.

Then there was Donald Penn, a player who held out of Training Camp, a player who was entrusted with Protecting the "Franchise", a player at the 2nd most critical position on the Field, a player who started the season under a Microscope and Become Better, Turned in a Pro Bowl Year. Without Freeman and Penn this team might not have won One Game. He will never be the Dominant Prototypical LT, but the guy has gotten better every year and the one year he truly needed to Show and Prove he went Above and Beyond.
2nd - Mike Williams (WR)
3rd - Kellen Winslow (TE)

Defensive MVP
Geno Hayes WSLB
This is a Hard One, no player had a Great Year. Well that is not true, Talib had a Great year, had he played the whole year he would have been a Pro Bowler (6INTs, 1TD, 38TCKs, 11PD), but he was suspended and injured so I went with Another player who continues to develop. Replacing Derrick Brooks is Impossible. But he has stepped in and proven to be a Quality player. His Coverage ability improved greatly this year and Teams were not able to attack the Bucs in his area as frequently as last year, especially when Jackson (FS) was suspended for the year after game 1. His attacking style was fun to watch, led the team by far in Tackle for Losses. His Solid play and Impact plays land him this award.
2nd - Sean Jones (SS)
3rd - Ronde Batber (CB)

Rookie of the Year
Mike Williams WR
Usually when you have the best season for a rookie WR since Randy Moss you are a shoe in for RoY Awards. Unfortunetly for Williams he came in with ALOT of Great rookies, and he did not win a Single One... Luckily those Awards are Not as Esteemed as mine are, but even for this award he had a lot of competition. But 65 Catches, 964 Yards, 11 TDs wins it for him. He overcame the Stigma of the "Prima Donna WR That Quits" he gained for whatever reason at Syracuse. He Overcame fumbling problems to turn in a Great Season and prove any detractors wrong. His ability to be the #1 WR from day one helped Freeman and the Offense open up the Passing game. Which held on until another Rookie could get his feet under him and Bust Open the Running game. The Bucs got their Franchise QB in 09 and their Franchise WR in 10.
2nd - LaGarrette Blount (RB) 1,007 Yards, 6TDs
3rd - Cody Grimm (FS)
4th - Gerald McCoy (DT)
5th - Ted Larson (LG)
