What a great movie. It's not perfect, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I have an observation / question, will not put in in spoilers since the movie has been out for a month now.
I understand that "Lisan Al Gaib" is a false prophecy, planted by the Bene Gesserit so they can exploit the locals at...
I have real high hopes about this movie, because of George Miller, and I really liked Furiosa. My only complaint, which is not a major one if it's done well, is that the practical effects on the previous one were fantastic.
Long Legs, starring Maika Monroe (IT Follows) and Nick Cage. Trailer looks interesting, very atmospheric. Nick Cage is not on the trailer, and I don't know how I feel about him being in a movie that seems like it's supposed to be taken seriously.
Better? Inglorious Bastards is a fkn great movie.

Mad Max: Fury Road is one of my favorite action movies of all time, and Furiosa was a big part of that, so I'm very interested in this movie.
Still, Trailer looks kind of weird. Too much CGI I guess, when part of what made Fury Road great was all the practical effects. Maybe it's just the...
Marvel / a lot of the industry in general have been using minorities / females as a shield and weapon against even valid criticism, pretending that every person that has a critical opinion is being offensive against those minorities / female cast. They got away with this while the movies were...
I don't think they should scrap lesser-known superheroes. At some point, The Guardians of the Galaxy, Shazam and The suicide squad where completely unknown properties that now have some following. The key is obviously quality and to keep the budgets in check. If the franchise overall is in...
