Pains me to say this but it looks like fatigue was a factor on jones, but give credit to Nabby for unfucking Jones game and getting him back

At least Dell has rebounded, Jones should be bought out. That’ll help going into next season no way his contract is tradeable. Granted Nabby had that 1 horrible year when Toskala took over then came back the next year and was great. But Martin Jones fundamentals aren’t anywhere near as good as...

Meh, in the long run I don’t think it matters. Vegas is an aging roster in key positions like goaltending and defense. if the sharks hire Gallant I’d be concerned, I don’t think this roster matches his style plus the sharks lack goaltending and losing Dillion is going to hurt

Well Babcock was fired, I’d imagine Deboers days are number and Wilson will hire Babcock

6-2 lead going into the third, what’s sad is that no lead is safe with Jones in net. Wilson needs to do him like Jersey and Hartford did to Sean Burke put him on waivers and send him to the AHL, hopefully he find his game there. give Kroener a shot he can’t be any worse

It happened but it looks like Markeau coming back is making a difference lol 2-0 lead seems like a different team now

If jones’ Technique and mechanics weren’t hammered dog shit I’d be inclined to agree with you. But that’s not the case, both price and Lundy are technically superior goalies who rarely give up soft goals, unlike jones which numbers support gives up softies every game

This is where metrics fail, it can’t take into account for his piss poor mechanics and horrible technique. I’ve said since his first season with the sharks his lateral mechanics were trash and his 7 hole/blocker were very weak. Teams figured it out, combined with his over aggressive play on...

How long ago was they Stanley cup final? Not that same goalie anymore, his mechanics are trash and now his mental game is shot. Routinely giving up a goal on the first shot is not good

Time for that was last year before the playoffs. or even over the summer. They probably could’ve unloaded Jones on some team now they are stuck with him, unless they give up a prospect and a #1 overall. The options aren’t great either, unless wilson could bamboozle bergivin in Montreal for Carey...

I wonder who predicted the leafs would have a problem signing Marner after signing Tavares

Signing Banc’er for only 1 million is a damn steal, honestly team first guy. The culture of this team is pretty amazing when you saw what Kevin Hayes got

I’m sure Karlsson will help making up some of the scoring lost by Pavelski leaving. See what LeBanc and Mier do next season, plus more trades can happen not mention not signing Pavelski leaves money on the table for trades late in the season

I love Markeau but no lol unless it’s for 500k or less with no bonuses. I’m bummed Pavelski is leaving, however it’s a smart hockey move to let him walk for 7mil per season the risk to reward factor just isn’t worth it. It’s clear Pavelski is going for the money and it’s not a hockey decision...

I’m guessing I’m guessing Dell and Melker are the next 2 out of town via trade, that frees up almost 4 mill

Meier is the priority, the rumor floating right now is pavelski and the club are far apart. Problem is Pavelski has never been fleet of foot and his 35, he had a great year but do you give big money to a guy that age, you can’t

Kane can still be traded, if he could just mature. Hard to call the guy a late bloomer but the talent is there to be a 40/40 guy with 100 pims. It’s his mental game that’s holding him back on top of being injury prone

Seems like the formula, there’s no book out on the goalies so no one knows where to shoot on them, Binnington won a Stanley cup but he will get exposed next season he plays really flat, and drops early.
