So this pretty much all checked out. Defense is gonna have to nut up and get some stops at some point if this team has any ideas of making some noise this year.
Rough couple weeks. Copy cat league has taken away the deep middle of the field where the offense has feasted this year. Couple obvious notes to get the offense humming again:
1. absolutely have to establish a run game. some way they have to find consistency. that will pull linebackers up...
Tua had a pretty awful showing for sure. Missing throws he has been nailing all season.
Interesting here though, now you are dogging on McDaniel?
Is there anything about this franchise you do enjoy or are just straight up trolling at this point?
Sad, sad boy...
Don't want to say too much...
Ah it's been awhile since I went down this road with Paolo...
What exactly does Tua need to show at this point? Or are you finally going to admit that you have some deep seeded hatred towards the man that has nothing to do with his skills, measurables or performance on the field? You've been...
eh, it was one GREAT game (2nd half really). He needs to consistently put together solid performances. Not saying he needs 450 and 4 TDs weekly, but consistent production and limiting the doi doi plays are necessary.
You know I advocated for Tua from day one so with all due respect tough cookies if he doesn’t like throwing to receivers that are covered. This is the NFL. Receivers will not be running wide ass open like they do at Bama. Either he adapts to the pro game or the Dolphins move on.
smith’s...
Doesn’t matter...Stanley, Carey and Jones should have stayed in school too. They would rather ride the pine in the league. The system is broken for non-lottery picks and these kids are either making terrible decisions or getting awful advice
I don’t see the problem with the additional ads on helmets. They gotta make up for the loss of ticket revenue somehow. As a season ticket holder, whatever they gotta do to keep me from getting bent over when they do allow fans back, I’m all for it. Couldn’t care less if it’s an eyesore
Not true. Dolphins have to win out to guarantee a playoff spot. If they go 1-1 and Baltimore wins out, the Ravens are in. Get it together Paolo. Your Tua hate is clouding your mind.
I doubt that happens. He doesn’t have any leverage for such a demand. He hasn’t really won anything and only has about a year and half in the NHL. I think the Vasi comparison is what we can expect the contracts to look like at this point.
I think you guys are way off. I see a bridge deal, say 3yrs 3-4 million. This keeps him a RFA at the end of the deal and the team can reassess his performance and cap space when a few heavy contracts are off the books.
Tough one against the Broncos. Oline and defense seemed way off. Tua didn’t have a great game but I think this is the first time the lack of a true secondary wr option was felt. Need someone to step up opposite of Parker until williams comes back, if he does.
on to the jets. Gotta go in to...
I’ve never seen a “fan” so irritated that their team is doing well based solely on the fact that the QB he didn’t want for over a year was selected and performing well. To this day, Paolo has yet to give a rational reason regarding his negativity towards Tua. I led the Tank for Tua charge last...
What a joke. Wonder how long this fool will continue to downplay the growth and development of Tua. One thing is for sure, he’s in too deep now. He never did say how he liked his crow...Fins Up
I can’t wait to watch Tua perform well and the spin that is put on it to downplay it by certain people. Every talent evaluator and respected media member have done nothing but gush about Tua’s skills (footwork, accuracy, arm strength), leadership and clutch performance. Yet some people still...
How do you know he was “given” the job and didn’t earn it? I was unaware that you had access to practices that even the beat writers don’t get to watch.
Welp, this happened much sooner than I expected. Tua named the starter by the Dolphins. I didn’t think he would get a chance to start until Fitzy played really poorly or they were officially out of playoff contention. Coaches know more than I for sure.
here we go boys! Tua time! 1 game out...
Rams not Chargers. For someone that “roots for the team, not individual players” I expect better.
How are you gonna root for the Dolphins when Tua is eventually the starter given your absolute hatred towards the young man that you have yet to justify?
