so lebron leaves because he doesnt think the team can contend for a title anymore- but HEY lets keep it going...yah alright.

This has absolutely nothing to do with what I posted or what was being discussed.

How about instead of trying to change the subject, deflect and ignore facts...you just admit you were wrong and stfu?

it absolutely does- LeBron LEFT Wade and Bosh in large part because he just watched wade shit all over himself against the Spurs and Wade was taking off "maintenance days" all over the place while LeBron was playing----- and then LeBron sees a 22 year old Kyrie and the ability to get a 26 year old Kevin Love.

ya think if Wade was 25 years old and had just DOMINATED the Spurs in the Finals instead of being over 30 and playing terrible there would have been a difference/ UHHH YAH

Wade? did you forget about him?

Kyrie? did you forget about him?

I didn't. I'm just busy at work. I just happen to know that Bosh and Love were both the same age when they originally joined Lebron's team

Let me know what the Cavs have ever done right other then get extremely lucky during the draft lottery of having James on their roster over the past 2+ decades.

laughingsmiley.gif

You better slam on the breaks. You're wrong about the Cavs. If ya wanna talk some trash @ least get it right. They drafted Brad Daugherty (19.0 ppg, 9.5 rebs, 3.7 asts) # 1 in '86. A 5x All Star in 8 seasons before back problems ended his career. They drafted Mark Price (4x A.S.). They traded for Larry Nance (17.1 ppg, 8.0 rebs, 2.2 blks). John 'hotrod' Williams was a good PF for them. They drafted Ron Harper.

If you think I'm exaggerating look up Magic's comments about those Cavs teams of the late 80's / early 90's. 5x their season was ended in the playoffs by the same team, MJ & his Bulls.

how old are Kyrie and Love?

how old were Bosh and Wade when LeBron left?

Doesn't matter how old they were. They were both still All-Star level players and still capable of making a deep playoff run.

So again, how bout you quit deflecting, changing the subject, ignoring facts and admit you were wrong and stfu.

I said 2 + decades.

I lived there during those times.
Fun teams.

It doesn't matter in the least. All that matters is that he left and the Heat still had a team that was capable of a deep playoff run while the Cavs weren't.

Both teams did what was best for them based on what they had left on the roster when Lebron moved on.

So again, how about you quit deflecting, changing the subject, ignoring facts and just admit you were wrong and stfu?

Greatest comeback ever. Damn right.

Still now your team is in shambles and we're going for 4 out of 5. I'll take that every time, LOL.

You clinging to what Tristan Thompson did over 2 years ago and not realizing that he legitimately was unplayable for large portions of last year is some next level homer stuff.

Anyone: "Hey, ____ sucks now"
Wiggy: "BUT HE WAS GOOD 2 YEARS AGO AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS"
But he had nerve to tell Lakers fans that the championships won in the past are irrelevant now. SMH

the Cavs stopped the Warriors from having the claim to "Best Team Ever"....if the Warriors finish off a 72 win season by beating LeBron/Kyrie/Love they absolutely could make that claim.

Now- 72 wins has been relegated to nothing more than a footnote because, at least partially, they couldnt keep TT ofrom beating the shit outta them on the glass.
And in return the Lakers have stopped EVERYTHING for the Cavs. Gotta love the irony there.

what the hell are you even talking about at this point? I dont even think YOU know.

Ill go back to my original point that no one has disputed because quite simply they cant-

if the Cavs trade multiple first round picks well into the future for a guy like Goran Dragic- and sign a bunch of mediocre free agents like James Johnson, Dion Waiters, Kelly Onlyk, T. Johnson, etc. in order to be a bottom tier Eastern Conference Playoff team- let me know ASAP.

Its like if the Cavs moved Sexton for Kemba even though LeBron left just to try and get the 7th seed. Did the Cavs do that? Of course not.

Its as I have said ALL along- if the Heat went into rebuild mode shortly after LeBron left- they could be sitting with multiple high lotto picks, and tons of cap space and right there with the top of the conference.

Instead- what did we see this offseason? a team with ZERO draft picks and ZERO cap space. That is AWFUL hard to do. The Cavs are ALREADY LEAPS AND BOUNDS ahead of where the Heat were by virtue of guys like Sexton, Nance, Hood, Osman alone--- and thats without trading a ton of future picks for a guy like Goran Dragic.

You don't choke, you don't get KD.

So it's an interesting trade off.
Now this is funny coming from a Minnesota fan.

Lol at using your own player to indicated a flawed stat. I can't wait to see you in the court room and argue a client isn't that bad because your other client is even worse.
LOL

Doesn't matter. The fact remains that the Heat had 2 all star players and a team capable of making a deep playoff run. They made the moves they could to maintain that.

So again, how about you quit deflecting, changing the subject, ignoring facts and just admit you were wrong and stfu?
