Good episode, fantastic scenes in the copier store and in Howard's office.
Howard is basically a good guy. He is just getting pulled into a family fight.

He has worked with Chuck for years, and respects him immensely. He probably sees Jimmy as basically a decent guy, but with some questionable ethics, and would prefer to keep him away from any power, but “whatever”. Chuck would clearly stop at nothing to prevent Jimmy from advancing. Howard, as Chucks friend and apparent executor, is just carrying out Chucks final wishes. He doesn’t realize what a complete F-U the will is to Jimmy until Kim spells it out to him in no uncertain terms. At that point, Howard “sees” it and realizes what he is doing to Jimmy.

“What can I do?” “Nothing. There is nothing you can do.”

Awesome, powerful scene, incredibly acted by both actors.

The closing scene with Nacho and Gus was great, too...
It got intense when Nacho cocked his pistol and says “6 keys.” But yeah, the ending to that episode is fantastic. I have a feeling Nacho doesn’t survive S4 (he’s one of my favorite characters on a show chock full of great characters. I don’t think there’s been one character in BCS that I haven’t liked).

I think he survives, otherwise Saul's "It was Ignacio" line from Breaking Bad doesn't make as much sense. Maybe.

I really like her. And Howard...Sorry but there is real estate guy who has billboards all over the place where I live and he looks just like Howard and all I can think of if that real estate guy.

But damn good scene.

Why did Kim go to the courthouse all of the sudden after the Mesa Verde meeting? And why did she break down after Jimmy read the letter?

My theory is that she went to the courthouse to get some stationary or something and she wrote a bogus letter so Jimmy wouldn’t have to read Chuck’s final “fuck you”.

Chuck was a bastard to Jimmy and that was totally Kim writing that letter! Chuck would have berated, demeaned, and demoralized Jimmy in his farewell address.

Idk.

Saul says some shit about Nacho in BB.

Pretty sure he lives.

This series is far more enjoyable than BB fwiw.

When Jimmy pulled the fast one of Chuck in the Mesa Verde deal, were there other shenanigans going on?

That would jeopardize The out of State expansion?

Howard is the only solid human being in the show.

And Nachos dad.

I'm so glad the Chuck storyline is has closed, i felt it dragged. And I agree with the other posters that Kim re-wrote that goodbye letter to jimmy. That last episode felt very BB like, which I thought was great, the meeting with Saul(Jimmy) and Mike in the diner was so "Mike Like". And a nice Easter egg with a Gale appearance. Very curious as to what happens to our poor heroine Kim Wexler.....

Damn. Did you come up with that yourself? I've heard a lot of internet theories about shows/movies, but this one might just hold up.
Chuck was a bastard to Jimmy and that was totally Kim writing that letter! Chuck would have berated, demeaned, and demoralized Jimmy in his farewell address.

To be fair, the "Chuck" letter was undated. It could have been at a time he was feeling nice.
