I have. They are raffling one off for charity, and it's a good cause. If I can get a Philly ring for $10 then it's totally worth doing. At that price I would have no problems sending it off to the hydraulic press youtube channel and letting him film it getting crushed.

I'll give the tickets and meet-n-greet to one of you philty fans, probably. Or I may show up in a Romo jersey for the photo ops and sit 50 yard line.

Well that is the closest anyone in a Romo jersey will get to a ring...

I know, and both Romo and I will have done as much to earn it as Wentz.

Well, Wentz was most responsible for the Eagles having Homefield, I wouldnt say he "Romo'd" his way to a ring

So he led the team to homefield, and nothing else.

Yeah, Romo did that too.

Classic post starting the thread...
But it sounds later your criticizing a top 10 player on the NFL list and not the dude who didn’t make the top 100 :)

At one time Romo was considered a top player as well. That's the thing about projections

And he was... I don’t get your point. Romo was very good

Yes he was, but not a top 100 player anymore I guess. My point is projections can be wrong.

So being considered "top 10" now doesnt mean a whole lot in the long run.

He doesn't have one.

I however went ahead and secured one for myself the other day. Snuck into some guys house and stole one, says "Green Bay" on it. :pound:

Hope you realize you're going to have to pay ~$10,000 in taxes for that ring... not sure the demand for it on the open market but reselling jewelry isn't generally profitable unless you find a sucker...

Think I'd rather just ask Philly for $15,000 in cash (saving them $36K - what the ring cost) and call it a day.
