Are we talking the entire offense or just the receiver position though here? You guys keep moving the conversation. If we are talking the entire offense as a whole then yes I can get on board with them being one of the most dynamic receiving groups in the NFL.

If we are just talking WR though it is Edelman and everybody else. They have a nice mix and match of different style of receivers for different situations but as a whole I wouldn't call them a great unit. They are helped by having a great QB and other weapons that take away coverage leaving them in easier situations.

Phillip Dorsett is better than any receiver on the Broncos......

How's that for a start?????

Come on you don't even believe that. I'm not sure he would even make the Broncos' roster this year.

Hardy har har. Way to change my words. In reality yes he would struggle to make the Broncos roster. They still have Thomas and Sanders as the top-2 guys. He is not better than either of them. They used a 2nd and 5th round pick on receivers this year in the draft and really like both of them. So at that point he would be competing with Carlos Henderson (draft pick from last year) for the final WR spot on the team. Henderson offers special teams ability so again would be difficult to beat him out.

I mean Dorsett has been in the league now 3 years and still has yet to crack a thousand yards receiving for his career. He is nothing special.

I'm plenty balanced. Just wish you guys could figure out where you want this conversation to go so I could actually know how to have a conversation. If we are just talking WR then I would put the Patriots about middle of the pack when it comes to talent alone in that group. If we are talking the entire offensive weapon system then yes the Pats get bumped up to top-5 in the NFL. Let me know which group you would like to talk about then I'll be happy to discuss. Until then I guess you can keep trying to insult me with bringing absolutely nothing to the conversation.

I'm actually doing a lot of film breakdown pieces right now. Have one coming out soon on Royce Freeman and what he does well and what will be his weaknesses coming into the NFL.
