I've been reading some good things about Matthew Thomas so thought I would ask someone that watched him more regularly. What are your thoughts on the kid?

Steelers are somewhat thin at ILB and are in need of a rangy coverage type player. Their ILB corps is full of run-stuffers.

Started as a Freshman on the National Championship team. Got hurt. THen suspended. I think he led the team in tackles the last 2 years. Great athlete, fast.. Not sure about how strong he is and how great his instincts will be as a LB in the NFL. Has alot of potential, not big needs to add weight.

Speed is a must in today's NFL so that's good to hear. I hope he turns some heads in camps this offseason.
