Tue, Apr 21 San Francisco
10:15 PM Anderson (1-0) Lincecum (0-1)
Wed, Apr 22 San Francisco
10:15 PM Kershaw (1-1) Bumgarner (1-1)
Thu, Apr 23 San Francisco
3:45 PM Greinke (2-0) TBD

Honestly, we can drop two outta three for all I care, but I'd love to see Kershaw be Kershaw and beat Bumgarner.

Dodgers #3 in ESPN's Power Rankings.
"The Dodgers have won seven in a row and one key has been rookie Joc Pederson. Minus the fanfare Kris Bryant has received, Pederson is hitting .289/.438/.553. He's striking out a lot (17), but also has 10 walks in 12 games. -- Diane Firstman (@dianagram), Value Over Replacement Grit"

This is exactly what we would hoped (and then some) for from young Joc - with awesome power comes strikeouts - that's just baseball. Furthermore, Kemp was a strikeout machine so it's not like we are regressing.

Joc will only get better, he will be a beast.

We hope so, but in baseball you never really know. Great start, however lets see how he adjusts once pitchers adjust to him.

The Dodgers are the best team money can buy.

Hearing rumors that we are the frontrunners for that 19-year old Cuban pitcher Alvarez so we might be spending a few more dimes soon. Apparently he has been clocked as high as 99 in the Dominican. Preparing for Greinke's departure maybe? Greinke will be 32 in October, worth another long contract?

Greinke isn't going to be starting on Thursday. It's going to be Mike Bolsinger or Zach Lee.

Nonetheless, Dodgers are playing well, Giants aren't. Win the series.

Meh, can't win em all.

But how many small ball, lucky bullshit, wet fart infield singles can a team have? Giants are like lucky robots. Pence goes down and some nobody steps up in his place to serve us a shit sandwich. Fack.

Man, I can't stand the Giants. Hate losing to them, especially like that. That Giants win was so "national league" with drag bunts, etc. That's probably what I hate the most, because I love that style of play from an emotional standpoint. The cliche'd "baseball writers' choice" type of play.

If the Giants could have four David Ecksteins playing all the IF positions and three Hunter Pences in all the OF positions, they'd probably do it.

Win by all means necessary.... Giants are the epitome of that. The drag bunt was a savvy play (don't know if Bochy signaled it in or if Crawford had autonomy). It was the wet fart infield hits and the swinging bunts that are complete luck that drove me crazy.

I hoe we shove it up their you know what's tonight.

Mattingly figured the perfect time to rest Pederson and Gonzalez was with Kershaw on the mound against the Giants. Typical. :L
