I just sent my brother a message ( he lives on a 45-50 acre lake around the corner) and told him I'm going to be over there in about 30 minutes if they continue to run single file.

I don't know what more the drivers want NASCAR to do to help protect them. There are safer barriers on the walls, they mandated the harness (whatever the name of that thing is), flaps on the hood and roof to keep them from going airborne. I say take the restrictor plate off and lets see what these machines can do!!!

They should just take the restrictor plates off and let the drivers "drive."

I agree with you guys, lose the plates. Otherwise, get rid of the superspeedways -- or stop calling this the "great American race" because there are a dozen other tracks where the racing is much better.
