Lefty 99
A quick, back of the envelope look at the likely starters:
Pitcher (Career or 2010 ERA+, 2010 WAR, 2010 postseason ERA, 2010 postseason WHIP)
1. Lee (130, 4.3, 0.75, 0.58) at Lincecum (142, 3.5, 1.93, 0.81) -- slight advantage Lee
2. Lewis (116, 3.6, 1.45, 1.18) at Chez (133, 3.4, 2.93, 1.04) -- even
3. Cain (130, 3.9, 0.00, 1.02) at Wilson (129, 4.6, 3.93, 1.20) -- big advantage Cain
4. Bumgarner (142, 2.2, 3.55, 1.42) at Hunter (116, 2.4, 6.14, 1.50) -- big advantage Bumgarner.
Note also that Texas only has one lefty (Wilson) so Panda may see some action in this round.
So, I think we can split the first two, and then take 3 & 4 in Arlington. That puts us up 3-1 with Timmy going for the clincher in game 5 on the road. Hunter is even worse than Blanton.
