The Defensive Line seems inconsistent in a hit or miss sense.. One game they look like the best unit in the league, and another they look invisible.

What has Slay done to make you think that? He hasn't been covering any of the players who have caught TDs. Only completions I've seen is some underneath throws against him. He also made a nice tackle in the open field on AJ Green one on one, which isn't easy to do.
