LOL....Dean, I've read your posts for 8 years now and it's absolutely impossible for you tp put your bias aside. Hell, it shows all over this thread when you say it's not 2020 anymore while Washington's offense will be middle of the pack but you assume Dallas's defense got no better and be 2020 again.
That's funny when you consider Quinn, their draft and free agents along with the fact it's darn near impossible not to improve over the defense Dallas fielded last season.

BUT, it's good to read your posts, you remain the washington fan poster boy with regards to Dallas. Still laugh when you pitched a fit about Dallas being rated ahead of washington going in to 2013

I can totally see Fitz bringing some life to the skins offense and their D is already solid. Gonna be them or Dallas IMO but we're counting on Dak bouncing back from that injury. His ability to run with the ball is a big part of his success in the red zone, so it will be interesting to see if they are still confortable using him that way.

The reason Wash isn't the a huge is because Fitz was an average QB in his prime that is now going to be 39 this season. He has had some great streaks no doubt, but there is no magic left (IMHO) and I think that has slowly been the case the last few years. As a backup to give you a quick jump start off the bench, I'd love to have him on my team. I just don't see this guy an NFL starter. He won't be the QB for 17 games even if healthy.

The reason the 2021 NFL draft was a great weekend for the Cowboys was because all of the other teams had a chance to upgrade their QBs and none did. If Washington (or the other two) grabbed Fields it would be an entirely different discussion.

If you go back the past six seasons, Fitzpatrick averages an Interception a game. Alex Smith was a safe QB when it came to INTs until he came to Washington. Admittedly he wasn't the same QB but if I was making an over/under for INTs next season for Fitzpatrick it would probably be 17. Washington having a top 5 defense might be totally negated by Washington being a top 5 giveaway team.

If I was picking wft to win the division then it would be because of him. Actual top 20 QB play would elevate that team a lot. I'm just not sure Fitzmagic is that guy

That's right pday I bleed burgundy and gold. Of course its possible for Dallas' defense to get better just like Washington offense can get better. I just think Quinn is a horrible coach.
