The Severino game will be a challenge but we also miss Tanaka, Gray and Sabathia. All of those guys seem to give us issues in the past. Also with Severino matched up with Paxton, getting 2 games this series may not be too farfetched.
Unless the M's get 2 W's in NY and 2 W's in Boston we'll lose those series. I think we might slide by in NY but I'm not putting any money on results in Beantown.
Several people I know have mentioned the same thing.
It looks like the opportunity we had going in the first inning was an important one and it's just too bad we couldn't have capitalized on a great start. Hoping we can keep NY under some kind of control...or shit, sorry, they just hit another bomb so it's 5-1 now. Oh well. So it goes. Not sure why Scott isn't pulling Gonzo out after a couple bombs with no outs.
