How could he come to the conclusions that he did.

I'll list them in his order and list the records of their OOC opponents
from last year.

He simultaneously told OU fans Texas has a stronger schedule and told OSU fans their OOC schedule is shit (no disrespect to Boise but ours is). Those teams combined are playing 6 former National Championship teams.
But honestly, we won't really know until some games get played.

Some of those OOC opponents may end up farting a blank, others may end up world beaters. Right now it is all perception IMHO. Not one snap has been taken yet.

The ACC plays 19 games vs P5 opponents. That's an average
of 1.4 per team.
