I read your post. It was the equivalent of a “No offense but...” followed by an offensive comment. Your words were meaningless. Your intent to try to marginalize the Eagles’ championship was evident.

It’s May 16. We’re still 100+ days from the beginning of next season. Take your attempts to try to rain on the Eagles’ parade and get lost. The Eagles are Super Bowl champions. Deal with it.

That's not rain.

Just sayin.

Geez, what a baby you are. "Offensive comment"? Come on dude. Need a pat on the back still? Atta Boy, good win. You're the best. Feel better? You are so insecure. Read what I wrote. It wasn't even an insult for Christ's sake.

Again, this constant whining about the win being swept under the carpet or looked past is ridiculous. No one is trying to take away anything. But, just stop thinking others care so much because it's a new year and people are looking forward. It isn't bothering anyone that you won so why do Eagles fans think it's still a hot topic to anyone else or that people are jealous or angry or raining on your parade or constantly thinking about it? There is a SB winner every year. This year was no different other than the insecurity level of the fans

It was an analogy, genius. I never said you actually made an offensive comment.

You obviously care a great deal. I’m sorry. I’ll try to stop talking about the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles to avoid making you upset about the fact that your team has 2 playoff wins in the last 20 years.

BS. Speaking of heads up asses...

All it would have taken was one or two plays made and it could have made a difference. Just like the one sack the Iggles finally got. 1 play made a difference.

Absolutely. We're talking anything from a missed tackle that lead to a critical Eagles 1st down to players being out of position for the same. Even with his head screwed on backwards Butler would have been better for just that. 1 play absolutely could have made the difference because the game was that close. And the Eagles got the play.

Trading Rowe to the Patriots was the best move our GM ever made.

And I am more than happy with the state of my team. Young core, arrow is pointing up. A bunch of weaknesses that need to be fixed, but a chance we already have fixed a few of them. Got rid of some dead wood that needed to go. Should be a good year. Football is great. Interesting to see you going the scoreboard route though. Remind me, Is it OK to do now? Because Philly fans always said it wasn't :noidea:

Let me try. Lame Johnson's arrogant ass will probably be taking out first game of the season for running his cock suckers, the running game took a step back loosing blount cause ajayi is dumber than a box of rocks, Wentz will never be the same again and if he is he'll not last long with that playing style, best thing the eagles done for the rest of the teams this off season was signing a fucking bennett and lastly the offense isn't going to surprise teams this season. There is that better.

No guarantee that Lane Johnson wont be suspended for roids coming into the season.

Maybe even more then all that is the return of Jordan Hicks. He’s a no name star that’s ALWAYS hurt but gives us the best front 7. Jarntt is right about the DLine. If we could only land a star CB! Come on Sidney Jones!!!

Yeah, there are a lot of guys to list. Hicks is definitely one that could make a big impact, as we won the SB last year with a patchwork mix at MLB. Just saying that we have a lot of guys coming back from injury/recovering from surgery, and if they are all at full speed, we'll be pretty strong, but if they are not, it could be a problem.

1. It’s actually 1 playoff win. That Lions one was garbage.
2. Jarntt to me is the most fair Cowboy poster but we still fight about crap all the time. He’s still a good guy so take what he says with a grain of salt.

I’m not so sure about pointing up even though I think Zeek and that OLine can carry them far. Dak is a HUMONGOUS question mark and if he doesn’t improve Dallas will be in the QB market and that’s the worst scenario a team could have. The receivers look like they could be brutal and that makes it really hard on a young struggling QB. There were times last year I thought Dallas had a better D then Philly. This sounds ridiculous but Dallas has so many elite level players that they have no cash because they have about 5 or 6 guys who will be the highest paid at their positions in the league... Fredricks, Smith, Martín, Lawrence... and Zeek really soon. Will be interesting to see if Zeek and Wentz balk at playing year 4 at the rookie pay scale.
Philly probably has to let go of Peters, Graham, Hicks and other top players to resign Wentz... cause he’s gonna shatter our cap.

Possibly but I'd still think Butler could the little plus the defense needed. Belichick may be the best coach of all time but sometimes he's gets stubborn.
Agreed BB can be suborn. I wish Butler had played just so we could get rid of this rhetoric. I just hate listening to fans say that NE would've won if Butler had played. No one knows. He could've had another great int or he could've got burned costing NE the game. His paly last year was not one to be proud of. He even admitted he didn't have a good year.

Oh well I'm onto 18

Receiving corps should actually be better this year than last year and possibly by a lot. Everyone was running in sand last year and no one could get open. Dez was horrible. Not sure Hurns in 2018 will be better than Dez in 2018 (although I think he will) but he will be WAY better than 2017 Dez. They added a lot of players and I suspect some will surprise. Not worried about Dak. When he didn't throw to Dez last year he was pretty good and he might have had the best rookie season in history. His thing is to throw to the open guy and that was a huge problem last year with Dez complaining and no one getting open.

They need a TE to step up as an NFL starting caliber blocker (I think Swaim already is) and an NFL starting caliber catching TE (not sure who this would be and suspect no one does) and it could be two different guys. But not a huge deal as Dallas mostly wants their TEs to block. They need one OL to not be horrible and they have a 2nd round pick and 2 FAs to fight for that role. Playing with the other 4 they don't need a guy to be "good" just not "bad". I suspect Williams or Fleming fills that role. I think their OL is going to be fantastic this year and for years to come. Tyron Smith is still only 27 and is the oldest guy. That's crazy.

Their DL should be better than it has been since Ware/Hatcher/Ratliff/Spencer. Irving is a freak and I don't think they will be able to afford both him and Lawrence after this year and think both put up double digit sacks. I think Taco goes down as never being worth the first round pick, but think he can contribute in a rotation. They need the young CBs to improve or at least not regress. They were fantastic at the end of last year, but that's a small sample size. They have enough bodies to run out there and cover people and I absolutely love the Kris Richard signing and while they have a decent SS for running downs, I'm worried about who they play back their in the nickel. LBs could go either way. Lee is an All Pro caliber LB every game he ever plays in. He needs to be healthy. Hopefully 1st round picks pans out. Jaylon Smith is no longer playing with a brace which is supposedly a big thing. Lee and Vander Esch may be the best LB cover duo in the league if you believe what people are saying about LVE. Me, I think they need one more LB. I worry about Lee's health, LVE has never done a thing in the league and Smith needs to show me.

They mostly need Lee and T Smith to just be healthy and they will make the playoffs. With all the issues last year they pretty likely make the playoffs last year if these two are healthy and maybe if just one of them was. Since both are perennial injury concerns they are actual covered better for next year in case one or both goes down than in the past with the first round draft pick and Williams and Fleming. I believe they are one of the younger teams in the league. They have more cap room next year than all but I think 5 teams (not sure, heard that somewhere). They will be a player in the FA market next year for the first time in a long time. I think they make the playoffs this year and I don't think they are sweating it out the last weekend to do it. Who knows. Arrow is pointing up though and not sure how you can think otherwise even if you see weaknesses.

Oh I see what you did there.

You've been upset I've been calling you sensitive.

So you called me Mr. Sensitivity.

That's a good one:thumb:

Wow, you're 1% of the way towards understanding projection. Keep at it.

I don’t have a problem with most of this. I wanted Vander Esch but he could be a bust. But I think you’re missing the most important part of a football team... Poor QB play. One thing I do agree is that I don’t think people understand how good the DLine is.
