Also since I've seen this pop up quite a few times in this thread alone it is "I couldn't care less" not "I could care less" as that implies you actually do care at least a little bit.
Would not have made one bit of difference, especially considering that Butler (by his own admission) had his head up his ass in the two weeks leading up to the game.
The SB was lost at the line of scrimmage with a big helping hand from NE's non-existent linebackers.

2016, 7 wins, 9 losses and watching the playoffs on TV.
2017, 13 wins, 3 losses and a SB title.
2018, 9 wins (if they're lucky), 7 losses and a wildcard round flame out.
= flash in the pan.
BS. Speaking of heads up asses...
All it would have taken was one or two plays made and it could have made a difference. Just like the one sack the Iggles finally got. 1 play made a difference.
Anything is possible... injury, bad breaks but the Eagles MIGHT have the best OLine and best DLine in football with a young superstar QB. That’s a recipe for success.
Find a quote where I said that or where I said Dallas won 5 SBs in the past like it matteredWell sure, now that you can't say "You never won a Super Bowl", the past doesn't matter.
A lot has to go right to win a super bowl. Eagles fans probably got a few more years with their window, but like all super bowl winners, they think they are a lot better than they truly are.I wonder if an Eagles team that will have Wentz back next year can compete for the Super Bowl again next yr. They won with Foles, can they do the same with Wentz?
Hey dopey, did you even read my quote or did your panties get so twisted after the first fragment that you lost the ability to read anything else? Go put your dog mask back on and stop crying 'woe is me'This is comical. A Cowboys fan telling someone to stop living in the past. We are 3 months removed from the super bowl. Every team’s fans would still be celebrating and happy about it.
I understand that you forget what it’s like to win a super bowl, or even a playoff game, but spare us the lecture.
We should care more about who won last year...but most about who may win this yearI could care less who won in the 90s. Should we care less about that, or who won last year?
WowYou seem to be clueless about that so..
I wasnt expecting him to be all-pro, just better than who was there. maybe even just make a better tackle than what we saw. Break up just 1 or 2 pass plays.[/QUOTE
Or get a penalty or get burnt like he had so many times this season?
I don't think they have either individually. I think Dallas bounces back and will again have the best OL and I think the Rams will have the best DL. But if you combine the ranking of both OL and DL together, I think Philly has the best and probably by a pretty large margin.Anything is possible... injury, bad breaks but the Eagles MIGHT have the best OLine and best DLine in football with a young superstar QB. I'm very interested in seeing Barnett this year. If you assume his injury held him back at least a little last year and then add in the fact that he was a rookie, he could take a big step forward this yearDallas does have the most elite superstars and they are much younger along the OLine too. Tremendously better at run blocking but I agree when T Smith is healthy they are the best... also with the addition of Suh the Rams now have the better DLine. Philly lost a key DE and a valuable back up DT this summer.

The big wildcard with the Eagles is all the players coming back from injury and surgeries. Forget about Wentz. If they get back Jason Peters, Darren Sproles, at 100%, and guys like Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Graham who had offseason cleanup surgery are fully 100% by the start of the season, they're going to be tough to beat. Super Bowl repeat tough? I honestly doubt it because that is so hard to do, but I would be shocked, if this team is at full strength, if it doesn't at least make a playoff run.

"I get that the Eagles fans want to cling to the championship and who can blame them, I would too, but last year is over."
