You must be attempting to be funny? Because you surely can't be serious with half this crap you post?

How do you figure? I'm not here to spew shit out. I'm here to provide the utmost amount of discussion on these boards as possible. It seems like the only reason you're here is to nitpick everybody on everything they post.

Should have played Butler.....

Would not have made one bit of difference, especially considering that Butler (by his own admission) had his head up his ass in the two weeks leading up to the game.

The SB was lost at the line of scrimmage with a big helping hand from NE's non-existent linebackers.

Normally I'd say the idea that an NFL team is reading a message board and using the comments there as motivation that I'd be beyond shocked. But those stupid dog masks...
Just spoke with Carson Wentz, he told me that the entire Eagles team reads these posts and many have Eagle ID's on here as well...There is a very good chance that you've argued with an NFL player on here.....I have to say I was shocked when he told me.....

I get that the Eagles fans want to cling to the championship and who can blame them, I would too, but last year is over. Once the draft hits everything starts over again. At this point I could care less who won last year. For some reason they think other fans are angry or hung up on last years win, but even a lot of NFC East fans were torn between NE and Philly. This us against the world mentality is ridiculous. Grow some balls...

This is comical. A Cowboys fan telling someone to stop living in the past. We are 3 months removed from the super bowl. Every team’s fans would still be celebrating and happy about it.

I understand that you forget what it’s like to win a super bowl, or even a playoff game, but spare us the lecture.

One is a perennial contender, the other is a flash in the pan.

Easy peasy.

How do you figure they are a flash in the pan? They have a guy considered a top-7 QB in the league in Wentz, good OL, good running game, some weapons at the WR/TE position, and maybe the best DL in football right now. So plenty of good all around which is why they were able to win a Super Bowl even with their QB going down.

We've seen what happens to the Pats when Brady goes down...they can't make the playoffs.

2016, 7 wins, 9 losses and watching the playoffs on TV.

2017, 13 wins, 3 losses and a SB title.

2018, 9 wins (if they're lucky), 7 losses and a wildcard round flame out.

= flash in the pan.

I could care less who won in the 90s. Should we care less about that, or who won last year?

Yeah I think we should worry about who won the Super Bowl this past season.

Who won last year?

Uhh the Eagles beat your beloved Patriots back in February. I think you're suffering from short-term memory loss if you don't remember that.

2016 was when they hit the reset button, traded up for their QB of the future, and started rebuilding some of the roster. This is usually how teams start building towards long-term success in the NFL.

So Patriots resorting to semantics now? By last year I clearly meant last season. Yes, it was this calendar year. The season before, the Pats won. According to Jarntt that is ancient history though, and of course that implies talking about the Cowboys' glory days in the 70s and 90s is like talking about the Jurassic period.
