Well, for the sake of discussion, I'll throw my preferences out there for the 2017 postseason.

Would prefer an NL team if the Rangers aren't in play. From this year's crop, I'd put the Nationals first, Dodgers second, and don't really care about the other two. In the AL, I'll root for Cleveland first, then Boston. Hoping for the quickest Houston exit possible.

Nadel was on with Norm this morning and kind of feels that almost anything is possible with this team in the off season. Including, having a come-to-Jesus sit down with Odor about the strike zone, trading Odor, eating salary and moving Choo, resigning Gomez, but he mentioned how late it will be before they know if they have an opportunity to sign Othani. Maybe late Dec.
